1.Shipping

• Items are shipped in 1-5 Working days according to the region. 
• Our store confirm the order with you before shipping the order via whats 'app.
• Shipping Company will contact you to arrange it before arrival be sure that the phone number is right. 
• customers have the availability to check the order before receiving the product except in perfumes orders.

2.Return & Refund

• Orders are handed closed. 
• Return & Refund is within 7 days ( NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ONCE THE SEAL IS OPENED)
• Refunds are strictly not allowed ( only in case of Faulty / Wrong Items.
• If you receive wrong / Faulty items, don’t hesitate to contact us; we will take care of the rest.
